President Harry Truman once famously said “the buck stops here” regarding tough decisions that often have to be made.
That kind of decision making fell to the Sherwood Village Board to act regarding the High Cliff Golf Course and its plan to building 22 high-end duplex residences housing up to 44 families on golf course property.
