Kaukauna Plan Commission approves request to allow downtown residential units

The City of Kaukauna Plan Commission approved a request for a special exemption permit allowing two residential dwellings at 105 W. Third St. in Kaukauna. Longtime city residents remember this building as Simon and Alan Cherkasky’s doctor’s office.
