By a vote of 31-1, the Outagamie County Board of Supervisors approved County Executive Tom Nelson’s 2022 budget. It includes a declining tax rate (4.2 percent) for the seventh year in a row; maintains a Aaa bond rating for the 12th year in a row; and fully funds all county services.
