WPPI rep gives report on KU residential customer feedback survey

Kaukauna Utilities residential customers are largely happy with the utility’s performance. Of the customers who responded to the survey, 80 percent of residential customers in Kaukauna are satisfied with their utility and 67 percent were satisfied with the value of services received.
