Wondering what’s going on in the I-41 corridor?

I-41 Project construction has not started yet, but the Wisconsin Department of Transportation is moving forward with project design plans and activities.
Survey work and geotechnical/soil investigations will be taking place at various locations along I-41 between Highway 96 (Wisconsin Avenue in Appleton) and Highway F (Scheuring Road in De Pere). This includes all service interchanges within the area as well as some work along Highway 441 from I-41 south to Highway OO (Northland Avenue).
Crews will be working in different areas of the corridor for the remainder of the year. Residents and businesses in the area may experience some temporary drilling noise, but WisDOT will make every effort to minimize disruption from this work and cause as little inconvenience as possible.
Use extra caution as you travel through the corridor as heavy equipment will be present on the roadway shoulders.
