Marcelline Schmieder

Marcelline Anne Schmieder -“Marcy” - Age 82, passed away on Monday, April 10, 2023, surrounded by her family. Marcy was born on Feb. 24, 1941, to Ben and Viola (Ernst) Kueter in Bellevue, Iowa. She was united in marriage to Donald Schmieder. She worked as a customer service supervisor and retired from GTE after 30 years. Marcy and Don moved to Wisconsin to be closer to their grandchildren in 1997. Marcy loved spending time with her family, especially her grandkids, who were the greatest joy in her life. She took great pride when attending their sporting events and school activities. Marcy played piano and a mean game of cribbage. She would cook and bake her specialties and always had more than enough food for everyone. Marcy is survived by her husband: Don; her son: Don (Jen) Schmieder; grandchildren: Jacob (fiancée Anna) and McKenzie Schmieder; siblings: Carl (Diane) Kueter, Jeannette Booth, Dean (Cindy) Kueter, Barb (Bob) Zupancich, Bev Kueter, and Julie (Tony) Fondell; brother-in-law: Greg Harrison; and sister-in-law: Sheri Kueter; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Marcy was preceded in death by her parents; siblings: Kenneth Kueter, Evie (Mike) Mullen, Duane Kueter, Rosemarie Harrison; brother-in-law: Bill Booth; and a daughter-in-law: Cyndi. The memorial service for Marcy will be held on Saturday, April 22, at 11 a.m. at St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church, 411 Vandenbroek St., Little Chute.
