Rosanne C. Bastian - Crandon - Age 82, loving wife of Bob, passed away peacefully on Sept. 6, 2023, surrounded by her family. She was born April 20, 1941, in Kaukauna to the late Henry and Cecilia (Schampers) Bowers. She married the love of her life, Bob, on July 2, 1958, at St. Paul Catholic Church in Wrightstown. The couple were blessed with five children. She and Bob celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary this past July. Her sanctuary was being at their home on the lake in the woods. She enjoyed being involved in the Catholic Church, both St. Paul in Wrightstown and St. Joseph in Crandon. Rosanne also liked a good card game with family and friends. During a season of their life, Rosanne and Bob enjoyed wintering in Pharr, Texas. She was very loved by her husband and played a special part in the lives of her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband: Bob, survivors include children: Geri Mooren, Plano, Texas; Tami (Joseph) Aerts, Wrightstown; Ken (Julie) Bastian, Kaukauna; Debi (Donald) Schultz, Menasha; grandchildren: Amanda (Brent) Weinmann, Bobbie (Brad) Hendricks, Adam (Amy) Mooren, Janet (Wallace) Bandeff, James (Sarah) Aerts, Peter Aerts, Kayla (Pearce) Goodwin, Alex (Belle) Bastian, Amy (Nino) Rebholz, Jacob Schultz, Brianna Schultz, Rebecca Schultz; great-grandchildren: Kaylee Weinmann, Brent Weinmann, Payton Hendricks, Hailey Hendricks, Allen Mooren, BreAnna Mooren, Leah Bandeff, Sebastian Aerts, Felix Aerts, Margaret Aerts, Carson Goodwin, Connor Goodwin, Caleb Goodwin, Taki Bastian, Mele Bastian; great-great-grandchildren: Breleigh Weinmann, Kinslee Rose Huddleston; brother: Bernard Bowers; sisters-in-law: Margaret Bowers, Mary Jane Bowers; and brother-in-law: Donald Vandenack. She was preceded in death by her parents; mother and father-in-law: Milton and Leta Bastian; daughter: Wendy Bastian; grandsons: Benjamin Bastian, Oliver Bandeff, Avery Mooren, Aaron Mooren; granddaughter: MaryJo Aerts; sisters and brothers-in-law: Loraine and Jim Shillcox, Mildred and Roy Lamers, Mary and Joseph Hermes, Arlene and Cletus Blair, Eleanor Bowers; brothers and sisters-in-law: Norman Bowers, Larry and Ann Bowers, Clarence & Nancy Bowers, Lloyd Bowers. Visitation will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Crandon, on Wednesday, September 13 (TODAY), beginning at 9 a.m. until the time of Mass at 11 a.m. Father Kennedy Gaspar officiating, assisted by Rosanne’s son-in-law: Deacon Don Schultz. Burial will follow on Thursday, Sept. 14, at noon at St. Paul Catholic Cemetery in Wrightstown.
