Elizabeth Verona Stephan Nytes Ribarchek - "Bette" - Age 97, passed away peacefully on Thursday, Nov. 30, 2023, in Indianapolis, Ind., at the age of 97. Bette was born Aug. 12, 1926, in Askeaton to Arthur and Vernie Stephan, and raised in Wrightstown, where she helped in the family business, Stephan’s Tavern. Family and friends may visit at St. Clare Catholic Church – St. Paul site, Wrightstown, on Saturday, April 20, from 10-10:45 a.m. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. at the church with Rev. Brian Wideman officiating. Interment in St. Paul Catholic Cemetery. Memorials are suggested at the Neville Public Museum, Green Bay or the Mueller Wright House Museum in Wrightstown.
