Kenneth Borree

Kenneth O. Borree - “Kenny” - Age 91, passed away Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at Ascension Hospital in Appleton. He was born April 7, 1934, in Kaukauna, the son of Walter and Caroline (Krueger) Borree. On Oct. 8, 1959, he married Carol Loderbauer at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church in Woodville, and lived in Kaukauna until his death. Together, he and Carol raised a son, Daniel. Kenneth was involved with the agriculture business his entire life, beginning with his family's farm. He had a grand sense of humor that caused others to laugh and himself to dawn a sly, joyful smile. He loved fishing, gardening, woodworking, and was always interested in history and genealogy. In his later life, he found joy in doting on his grandchildren and teaching them about their family genealogy. Kenneth was a proud veteran who served in the Army from 1956-58 and enjoyed sharing his stories with family and friends. He was also a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Kaukauna. Kenneth is survived by siblings: Lois (Melvin) Lendt, Sharon Steinberg, Darold (Cheryl) Borree, and Betty (John) Pogrant; daughter-in-law: Gina Grman; grandchildren: Halle Borree and Jacob Borree; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife: Carol; Carol's parents: Ray and Naomi Loderbauer; son: Daniel Borree; siblings: David (Sharon) Borree and Roger Steinberg; niece: Jennifer Pogrant; and nephew: Jason Pogrant. The Christian Funeral service will be held at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, located at 804 Grignon Street in Kaukauna on May 20 with Pastor Stanley Draper officiating. Burial will be at Highland Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Kenneth requested contributions may be made to a memorial which will be established through the family.
