Kaukauna dance team wins state title

Little Chute Dance Team wins two more state titles


Submitted photo The Little Chute Dance teams won state titles in Division 5 pom and Division 3 kick at the Wisconsin Association of Cheer and Pom Coaches state championships Saturday at La Crosse. That increases the team’s total to 19 state titles and eight national titles. New up is the Dance Team Union National in Orlando later this month. The 2021-22 team is comprised of 26 dancers, including All-State Dancer Brynn Morrill.

Kimberly DECA students qualify for state


Submitted photo Kimberly High School had 21 of the 26 DECA students who went to the Wisconsin DECA District 4 Competition on Jan. 8 qualify for state—level competition.
DECA prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing, finance, hospitality and management. The national theme this year is “Maximize Your Momentum.” Twenty-one of the 26 Kimberly students were able to do just that at the Wisconsin DECA District 4 Competition on Saturday, Jan. 8, by qualifying for the state-level competition.
