Kaukauna uses big three point shooting in second half of road win over Kimberly

The Kaukauna Galloping Ghosts used some solid three-point shooting and a knockout punch to secure a road win over their conference rivals from Kimberly last week. The Ghosts used a 19-2 run in the second half to secure an 83-61 win over the Papermakers.

Hattie Grishaber and Lauren Vosters continue to play a pivotal part of Little Chute’s girls basketball success. Both freshmen post-   ed near double-doubles as the Mustangs grabbed their first win since the 2016-17 season over Freedom last week.

Liam Crook once again took home a championship at last weekend’s Cheesehead invite in Kaukauna. The Virginia commit had five tech fall wins during the invite before winning the 175 lbs. title, while the Ghosts took 10th in the invite.

Peeters has big first half for Little Chute boys hoops at Kress Center

The Little Chute Mustangs got a big first half scoring effort from Matthew Peeters as the boys basketball team grabbed a big 69-62 win in non-conference play against a familiar foe in Fox Valley Lutheran at the Kress Center in Green Bay.
