Kaukauna boys’ volleyball caps off another unbeaten week to move to 38-1

The Kaukauna boys’ volleyball team beat Fond du Lac 3-0 in a Fox Valley Association matchup to remain unbeaten at 5-0 in the conference, and then the Ghosts travelled to a tournament at Arrowhead High School and went 10-0, moving their overall season record to 38-1.

The Kaukauna girls’ golf team finished third at last week’s Division 1 sectional meet, 10 strokes behind Fox Valley Association foe Appleton North. But with an 84, freshman McKenna Lowe qualified for individual state and traveled to University Ridge Golf Course in Madison for the 2021 state tournament the past two days.

Little Chute lost a heartbreaker at home to Fox Valley Lutheran on Oct. 1 that essentially ended the Mustangs chances at the 2021 postseason. 
The Foxes converted a two-point conversion with just seconds remaining to earn the 22-21 win.

Makers respond from 10-point deficit for road win at Neenah

The Papermakers found themselves in relatively unfamiliar territory last Friday night in Neenah. 
Kimberly trailed 10-0 after the first quarter and 17-7 midway through the second, but the Makers rallied to close the first half and pulled away during the final two quarters for an eventual 36-23 win to remain unbeaten.

Ghosts clinch fourth straight playoff berth with rout of East

After missing out on the postseason for a decade, the Kaukauna football team has now made it four straight playoff berths after a 38-8 drubbing of Appleton East on the road Friday night.
The Ghosts scored 31 points in the second quarter to put the game to bed early.
