Sherwood Village Board carefully considers Feathercrest development rezoning

Yet another development marketed to people ages 55 and older is on track to come to Sherwood following the April 12 village board meeting. 
Nearly half of the 94-minute meeting focused on a rezoning request for the proposed Feathercrest development.
