Anna Marie Kulbacki (Hartwig) - Age 73, passed away after a lengthy fight with breast cancer, on Sunday, Oct. 10, 2021, at her home in Eau Claire. Anna was in hospice for quite some time which gave her husband Michael more time to say I love You. Her's was a life blessed with many joys – a loving family, treasured friends. Anna was born on Oct 3, 1948, in Fond du Lac, to Robert and Virginia (Barbeau) Hartwig. Anna and Michael were married Aug. 18, 1973, in Kaukauna at St. Aloysius Catholic Church. Throughout their life they lived in Milwaukee, Reno, Nev. and in Eau Claire. Anna is survived by her loving husband and best friend: Michael; her sister: Mary (Marty recently passed) Krueger of Madison, her sister: Judy (Al) Feldkamp of Fifield, and sister: Linda (Marty) Nackers of Shawano. Anna was a favorite aunt to many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father: Robert Hartwig and mother: Virginia Hartwig; and brother: Bill Hartwig. Her cherished and loved dog Bogart passed in 1994. A funeral mass is set for Anna on Friday, Oct. 22.Visitation is at 10 a.m., mass at 11 a.m. followed by the site burial. The services are at St. Katharine Drexel Catholic Church, St. Mary site, 119 W. 7th St., Kaukauna. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Anna's name may be made to St. Paul Elder Services in Kaukauna.
