Jones to Michalkiewicz: Relationship leads to handoff in coaching position

When Steve Jones stepped down as Kimberly football coach in December, one of the people he called right away was De Pere football coach Chad Michalkiewicz.
Over the last seven to eight years, the two successful, leadership-based coaches formed a friendship.
