Sandra Nackers

Sandra Lee Nackers - Kaukauna - Age 74, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family and friends on Feb. 1, 2024. She was born on April 2, 1949, daughter of the late Andrew and Audrey (Vanderbusch) Furcho. Sandie shared more than 51 years married to the love of her life, Dave Nackers. She was a wonderful homemaker and also spent 17 years with the Kaukauna Area School District. Her most rewarding years there were spent helping children with disabilities. Sandie loved spending time at the cabin, getting her nails done, and riding her beloved motorcycle. Over the years, Sandie and Dave spent quality time traveling much of the country, most often on the motorcycles. Sandie is survived by her husband: Dave; daughters: Charlene (Courtney) Goodwin and Robyn (Erik) Benotch; daughter-in-law: Jill Nackers; grandchildren: Brittney, Madisyn, Brycelyn, Gracyn, Paige, Emely, Natalie, Andrew, Skyler and McKenna; great-grandchildren: Noah and Stetson; brothers and sisters-in-law: Richard (Susan) Nackers, Steve (Carolyn) Nackers, Bev (Butch) Navin, Ron (Cindy) Nackers and Shirley Lund; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Sandie was preceded in death by her parents; her son: Michael Nackers; and Dave’s parents: Charles and Mildred Nackers. Special thanks to the staff at St. Elizabeth in Appleton especially Dr. Freeman and ICU nurse Hollee. Memorial services were held Feb. 6 at St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church, with Fr.
