Beverly Weyers - “Bev” - Kaukauna - Age 76, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, May 6, 2024, after a courageous battle with cancer. Bev was born Feb. 27, 1948, and was the oldest of 12 children. She is survived by her husband: Clarence; children: Sheri (Brian) Julien, Oconomowoc; Tina Ashauer, Kaukauna; and Greg (Tammy) Ashauer, De Pere; stepchildren: Lynn (Mark) Lamers, Kaukauna; Karen (Rick) Verhagen, Kaukauna; Tom (Michelle) Weyers, Kaukauna; Barb (Dean) Van Eperen, Kaukauna; Dennis (Mary) Weyers, Little Chute; seven grandchildren: Grant, Hunter, Dakota, Alexis, Dylan, Logan, and Everett; brothers: Dave (Audrey), Jeff, Dennis, Rick (Karen), and Brian Verhagen; sisters: Mary Lappen, Sheila (Robert) Cook, Cathy Reetz, and Susan Verhagen. Bev was preceded in death by her parents: Richard and Blanche Verhagen; and siblings: Patricia and Alan. Bev retired in 2004 from Bel-Brand USA (Kaukauna Cheese). After retirement she and Clarence enjoyed spending time in Florida together with friends; eventually settling in Winter Haven, Fla., during the winter months. In earlier years Bev enjoyed bowling, camping, fishing, painting and traveling. She was a supporter of the humane society and an avid Green Bay Packers fan; keeping score of each game. The Funeral Mass was held May 13 at Holy Cross Church, Kaukauna, with the Rev. Luke Ferris officiating. Committal Holy Cross Cemetery. To sign the guest book, please visit oconnellfh.com.
