Kimberly senior Tanner Hart was the high mark of the team’s 16th place finish in the Duals in the Dells last weekend. The senior went 5-0 in the 157 pound weight class with three pins during the tournament.

Kaukauna wrestling takes second in Husky Invite

The Kaukauna Galloping Ghosts wrestling team took second last weekend during the Husky Invite held at Eau Claire North High School. The Ghosts scored 507 points and were only behind Minnesota’s Simley High School, who scored 547.5 points in the invite.

Keegan Van Kauwenberg had one of his best games ever in his Kaukauna basketball career last week during the Baird/Gustman Shootout. The junior scored a double-double of a game high 39 points and 11 rebounds in the team’s 101-94 win against Mosinee.

The girls sports game broadcaster W7 Productions will broadcast all 10 Kaukauna girls basketball games this season. An agreement was made between the school and the leader in Wisconsin girls high school sports prior to this season.

Little Chute wrestlers sport very young team this winter

With only three seniors on the team and 11 freshmen, Coach Dan Kucharski has a very young Little Chute High School wrestling team this season.
One of those seniors is only in his second year wrestling, and three of the freshmen are wrestling for the first time.
