Kimberly senior Tanner Hart was the high mark of the team’s 16th place finish in the Duals in the Dells last weekend. The senior went 5-0 in the 157 pound weight class with three pins during the tournament.
The Kaukauna Galloping Ghosts wrestling team took second last weekend during the Husky Invite held at Eau Claire North High School. The Ghosts scored 507 points and were only behind Minnesota’s Simley High School, who scored 547.5 points in the invite.
Kate McGinnis continues to be the leader on the court for the Papermakers girls basketball program. The junior had 43 points and 16 rebounds in the team’s two wins over Hortonville and De Pere last week.
The Little Chute Mustangs boys basketball team posted one of their most impressive wins of the early season last week. The Mustangs used a 24-9 second half run to get a win over conference rival Wrightstown.

Keegan Van Kauwenberg had one of his best games ever in his Kaukauna basketball career last week during the Baird/Gustman Shootout. The junior scored a double-double of a game high 39 points and 11 rebounds in the team’s 101-94 win against Mosinee.
The girls sports game broadcaster W7 Productions will broadcast all 10 Kaukauna girls basketball games this season. An agreement was made between the school and the leader in Wisconsin girls high school sports prior to this season.
Seniors on the Little Chute boys basketball team are making an impact early in the season. Little Chute seniors Tyler Fischer and Grant Hermus have provided the scoring touch to start the season for the Mustangs.
