Kimberly sells final residential lot on Clubhouse Lane

The Kimberly Village Board last week gave approval for the selling of the last lot, No. 12, on Clubhouse Lane, closing out the final property for sale at $60,000. Construction of a duplex on the multiple housing lot is expected to start in the fall.
