Buchanan threatened with lawsuit from state group for creation of town’s transportation utility

The Wisconsin Institute for Laws and Liberty filed a Notice of Claim last week with the Town of Buchanan claiming that the “recently adopted ‘transportation utility fee’ is an unlawful tax and must be eliminated.”
