Volunteers to receive Governor’s Service Awards


Submitted photo/Mary McClure of Kimberly has been ringing bells at The Salvation Army-Fox Cities kettle for years with a friend. She also has greeted patients and visitors at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center and ushered at the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center. As a retired elementary school teacher, she enjoys working with children and has tutored elementary school students. She currently volunteers at the PAC. McClure has served 2,833 lifetime service hours.
Six volunteers from the Retired & Senior Volunteer 55+ Program will receive service awards from Governor Tony Evers during a ceremony on Aug. 4 in Madison.
