Kimberly recognizes outgoing fire chief, welcomes new chief

“It is with great honor and pride,” President Pro-Tem Lee Hammen said when he introduced Chad Smith as the new fire chief and honored retiring chief, Jim Hietpas, before a full house of firefighters, family and friends at a recent Kimberly Village Board meeting.
