A pair of issues that have stirred interest in the village among both residents and developers were the center of discussion at the Feb. 22 edition of the Sherwood Village Board meeting.
The Buchanan Town Board approved six-foot terraces on either side of Highway N and a five-foot wide sidewalk on the west side and a multi-modal trail on the east side when the highway is reconstructed.
Supervisors also approved a $200 award for right-of-way along Emons Road, which will be constructed in 2022.
