The Kaukauna Housing Authority has revised its loan with the City of Kaukauna to pay for improvements to the Golden Venture Apartments on the city’s south side.
The Kaukauna Redevelopment Authority’s work to improve the various structures involved in the Golden Venture Apartment complex took a longer financial road recently with the proposed change of a 15-year loan involving the city to a new 40-year loan.
