Kathy Collins among those honored by newly commissioned symphonic work

The late Kathy Lisch Collins, a well-known Heart of the Valley musician and volunteer, was among a small group honored with a newly commissioned musical work that was premiered Feb. 14 by the Civic Symphony of Green Bay.
