A longtime Kaukauna business is moving ahead with a large addition after the Kaukauna plan commission gave a positive nod for a preliminary site plan review for Club Ritz, located at 301 W. Seventh St.
On a night when efforts like Tree City USA and Arbor Day were considered by the Kaukauna Common Council, it seemed appropriate a discussion of potential natural yard regulations to the mix during the April 15 session.

Papermaker Players Family Theater brings a longtime favorite show to the stage next week when a cast and crew of community members presents, “Pinkalicious - The Musical,” at Kimberly High School.
“It was wonderful to be in a building that was warm and had facilities,” said Clerk Gloria Kennedy at last week’s Town of Holland monthly board meeting about the first election held at the new town hall, located at 1293 Holland Road, with a Greenleaf postal address.
A small but important part of efforts to use a trust donation for Heesakker Park improvements moved forward during the April 2 edition of the Little Chute Village Board meeting.
The April 2 session of the Kaukauna Common Council included a presentation by the Fox Cities Regional Partnership regarding that regional group’s progress over the past year.
Matt Parmentier, the relatively new Town of Holland Attorney, always does a wonderful job turning “legalese” to plain language and he had another opportunity to do that at last week’s Town of Holland monthly meeting.
