Fowl received a boost in numbers last week when the Harrison village board allowed their numbers to increase to six from four in an amendment to the ordinance on keeping of fowls.
Two rectangular rapid flashing beacons for $17,276 were approved for purchase and installation this year at Kimberly Avenue at Railroad Street and at Maes Avenue at Papermill Run.
