Kimberly girls stay with Appleton East into second half

APPLETON – Just like all season long, the Kimberly girls’ basketball team wasn’t going to go down without a fight.
Even though Appleton East, ranked No. 3 in Division 1, downed the Papermakers twice during the regular season by an average of 33½ points, the Kimberly players were ready to battle.

Kaukauna girls win regional championship in Milwaukee, first in 20 years

Heading into last weekend’s WIAA Division 1 Regional play, there were a variety of real possibilities with the Kaukauna girls basketball team, but it ended with the best possible possibility, with the Ghosts winning the regional with a 71-58 victory at Milwaukee King on Saturday night.

Clark wins third state championship

The Kaukauna High School junior won his third state championship in as many years Saturday at the WIAA State Individual Wrestling Tournament at the Kohl Center at UW-Madison.

Kaukauna wrestling team defeats Pulaski to return to team state

NEENAH — Some things never seem to change, and the Kaukauna wrestling team showed that to be true last Tuesday night, defeating Pulaski 50-26 in a WIAA Division 1 Team Wrestling Sectional at Neenah High School.
