The Kimberly girls’ volleyball team beat Hortonville 3-0 on the road Thursday night before travelling to the King Center in Milwaukee for an invitational Friday and Saturday.
The Papermakers went 3-4 over the two-day tournament.

The girls earned a third-place finish behind only Freedom and Green Bay Preble.

The Kaukauna girls’ volleyball team won its second Fox Valley Association match of the season Thursday, beating Oshkosh West 3-1.
The Ghosts then headed to a tournament in Germantown Saturday, where they finished the day 3-2.
The Kimberly boys’ soccer team played twice last week, first cruising to a 5-2 win at home over Appleton East on Tuesday before drawing 0-0 with Oshkosh North at Titan Stadium.

Cooper Re had a hat trick in the first 15 minutes Tuesday night as the Papermakers rolled East.
The Kimberly and Kaukauna girls’ tennis teams squared off for the first time in 2021 and it was the Papermakers who brought home a clean sweep from Kaukauna High School with a 7-0 win over the Ghosts.
The Kaukauna girls grabbed three top-eight finishes to win the Shawano Hawk Invitational Saturday, while the boys finished seventh, led by Aaron Schimke’s fourth-overall run.
