The Kimberly Papermakers boys golf team won last week’s Heart of the Valley Invite at Whispering Springs in Fond Du Lac. The Papermakers won with 324 strokes, while Little Chute took second with 348 and Kaukauna took fifth with 397.
Kaukauna’s track and field teams took second at last week’s FVA triangular in Kimberly as the girls had 63 points, while the boys had 50 points in the invite.
The Kimberly Papermakers softball team closed their week out with three straight wins as they won both of their games against Chippewa Falls and Superior last weekend.
Kaukauna’s Haylie Wittman added one more big moment to her collegiate softball resume as she had the big RBI hit for UW-Oshkosh as she helped them punch their ticket to the super regionals this week.
Both of Kimberly’s track and field teams took first in last week’s home triangular against Kaukauna and Oshkosh North. The boys had 85 points, while the girls took first with 82 points.

Little Chute’s baseball team took a couple of tough losses last week, but they are looking forward to the final stretch of the regular season as they look to get their second conference title in three years.
The Little Chute Boys track and field team wrapped up a fourth straight conference championship with 164 points in the NEC conference meet at Oconto Falls last week. The girls took second to Freedom with 121 points in the meet.
Parker Janssen had a big week last week for the Kimberly boys lacrosse team. The senior 12 goals in three matches for the Papermakers in matches against Notre Dame, Appleton United and Waukesha.
The Kimberly Papermakers girls soccer team used a big first half to help grab a hold of the FVA title race last week. The Papermakers scored three goals in the first half of their 3-2 win over Appleton North as they maintained their undefeated record in the FVA.
