SUAMICO – The Kimberly Papermakers baseball team struggled to take advantage of bases loaded situations. The Papermakers loaded the bases in two different innings and only scored one run in those situations in their season ending 5-3 loss to FVA foe Hortonville.
WAUPACA – In a game that will be remembered with disappointment for decades, the Little Chute High School baseball team let a game slip away on Tuesday, June 10, when they gave up a 4-1 lead and fell 5-4 to the Seymour Thunder in a WIAA Division 2 sectional semifinal game.
The Kimberly Papermakers girls soccer team are state bound for the second year in a row. The Papermakers beat Bay Port and Eau Claire memorial by one goal differentials to secure a sectional final plaque and another trip to state.
