Kimberly continues to dominate some their recent competition on the tennis courts. The Papermakers earned another 7-0 sweep over Appleton West on Sept. 13 in road matches last week.
UW-Green Bay commit Kaitlin Schulz continues to rack up the kills. Schulz had two more impressive performances including a 21 kill performance against Fond du Lac last week for the Papermakers.
The Kaukauna golf team continues to set school highs. The Ghosts set a nine hole team score record this week against Appleton North, while McKenna Lowe had the fourth lowest 18-hole score in school history.
Kaukauna’s volleyball teams both earned wins last week as the boys team earned a win over Appleton East on Sept. 13, while the girls team went 1-1 during last week’s action.
Kimberly head soccer coach Carl Gardner feels his team is moving in the right direction. After scoring goals late in matches early in the season, the Papermakers are getting a picture of what they can be by scoring goals early in games.
The Kaukauna tennis team had big efforts from the doubles teams last week. The Ghosts doubles teams notched two wins against two different schools in conference play on Sept. 13 and Sept. 15.
Jenna Schumacher continues to be a leader for the Kimberly Papermakers golf team. Schumacher led the way this week against Appleton East with a 40 at High Cliff Golf Course on Sept. 15.

The Kimberly Papermakers defense definitely made sure that no lighting struck on Friday night. The Papermakers defense forced Appleton North to punt six times and only allowed two first downs in their 17-0 win over their conference rivals.
