It was a rough week for the Little Chute Mustangs softball team as they allowed double digit runs in every single game last week. The Mustangs were shut out three times last week in their four games played in conference play.
Both of Kaukauna’s track teams earned second place finishes at last week’s FVA conference relays in Neenah. The girls finished with 104.92 points, while the boys finished with 73.9 points.
Sawyer Deering and Maddux Hermus continue to lead the way for the Kimberly Papermakers baseball team. Both had impressive pitching performances for the Papermakers last week.
Little Chute got stellar pitching once again from UW-Platteville commit Ethan Melendrez in last week’s 3-1 win over Denmark. Melendrez struck out nine in his seven innings pitched on the mound.

Kimberly’s boys track team won at the FVA conference relays last week as they finished 20 points ahead of Kaukauna in the meet. The boys team finished with 93.94 points, while the girls finished with 73.94 points.
Karly Meredith showed her game from both the mound and at the plate. The Virginia commit struck out 11 and hit multiple home runs in their 10-0 win over Hortonville last week.
Both of Little Chute’s track teams took third at a conference pentangular in Luxemburg-Casco last week. The girls finished with 79.5 points, while the boys had 72.5 points in the invite.
