The Kaukauna cross country teams had a good showing at last week’s Shawano Invite. The girls finished behind Notre Dame Academy with 110 points, while the boys took fourth with 116 points.
FOND DU LAC – The three headed rushing attack of the Kimberly Papermakers led the way on Friday night as Braeden Ellefson, Brady Bell and Kegan Pleau all scored rushing touchdowns in the team’s 42-7 road win over Fond du Lac.
Kaukauna’s Charlie Clinefelter led the way for the Ghosts golf team last week as they took first in the Sheboygan invite with 338 strokes, while the Kaukauna Black team had 457 strokes.
The Kimberly cross country teams had a stellar showing at last week’s West De Pere Phantom invite at Southwest Park in De Pere. The girls took second with 49 points, while the boys finished third with 69 points.
Kaukauna’s defense only let up six total points against Neenah on Friday night having an answer for everything Neenah’s offense tried doing. With a final score of 17-6 Kaukauna moves to 3-1 on the season looking unstoppable on offense and shutting down every opposing offense.
Several area alumni made impacts for Carroll College as they beat UW-Stout 28-16 on the road. Kimberly alum Damon Loker led the way defensively with 11 tackles, while Caden Pendleton threw for 212 yards and four touchdowns. Kaukauna alum Will Campbell had nine tackles in the win.

The Kimberly Papermakers girls tennis team battled in their weekend tournament in Waunakee last week. The team had four third set tiebreakers in the invite as they went 2-2 in match play last week.
The Little Chute Mustangs volleyball team went 1-3 in a weekend tournament in DeForest last week. The team heads into this week with a 3-16 record overall.
